Jagran Public School, Basti maintains a strong and vibrant sports culture that goes far beyond physical fitness. Our sports programme is built on the belief that the lessons learned on the field — teamwork, perseverance, grace in victory, resilience in defeat — are just as valuable as any academic lesson.
The school offers training and competition in a wide range of sports including cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, kabaddi, badminton, chess, and carrom. Regular inter-class, inter-school, and district-level tournaments are organised, giving students ample opportunities to compete, grow, and excel.
Our trained Physical Education faculty works with every student to discover and develop their athletic potential. Beyond competition, our sports programme instils lifelong habits of physical activity and healthy living — preparing students to thrive in body as well as in mind.
